HOUSE RULES

To ensure that all hotel guests feel comfortable and satisfied, please observe the following hotel rules during your stay:

  • Rooms may be used only by guests who are properly registered at the hotel reception.
  • Please observe quiet hours from 22:00 do 07:00h in the morning, as well as the afternoon rest period from 14:00 do 17:00h.
  • Music devices, televisions and similar equipment may be used only if they do not disturb other guests.
  • The use of electrical cooking appliances and similar devices is not permitted.
  • Animals are not allowed in the hotel.
  • Bringing explosives, weapons, flammable materials or environmentally hazardous chemicals into the hotel is prohibited.
  • Bringing outside food and beverages into the hotel is prohibited.
  • Guests should keep money, valuables and other precious items in the in-room safe or use the central safe at reception. The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage if this rule is not followed.
  • Guests must use the premises, devices, equipment and inventory carefully and responsibly.
  • Room visitors must be reported to the hotel reception.
  • Accommodation will be cancelled for guests who disturb the peace or fail to follow the house rules.
  • The room rate is charged for a full day from 15:00h to 11:00h the following day.
  • Day use is charged between 12:00–18:00hfor a duration of 3 hours.

  • When leaving the room, guests must close the door and return the key card to reception.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the premises, devices, equipment or inventory caused by them.
  • Please observe the house rules, hospitality regulations and customary business practices.
  • In the event of an early departure, the guest must notify reception at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise an additional night's stay will be charged.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated public areas. A fine will be charged in accordance with the smoking prohibition law.

Facilities include a 36°C pool, salt room, Finnish sauna, hot tub and tepidarium. For further information, please contact reception. Children under 12 may use only the salt room and pool, exclusively between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
